Who We Are
When it comes to growing as a person who is a leader, we need more than metrics and something stronger than strategy. If those were all we needed, then we'd all be thriving. We have no shortage of metrics to measure and strategies to implement. What we often do not have is a person in our corner and perspectives that go beyond the surface to pinpoint our greatest strengths and weaknesses. That's why Clearer Vision exists.
We're a team of leaders for leaders who believe that healthy organizations are the result of healthy leaders. We work with leaders of all kinds, but specialize with those who serve within the local Christian church. Whether you are a Christian Pastor, Missionary, Volunteer Leader or Entrepreneur, we want you to know that you're not alone and we're here to help.

Our mission is to come alongside leaders and offer a clearer vision of God, themselves and their calling. We do this by offering a person who cares, a place to go and grow and a pathway toward purpose.
Our Approach
We all have outcomes in our lives. Some we understand more than others. Some we don't understand at all. At Clearer Vision we help you shift outcomes you don't want toward those outcomes that you do want. We do this by looking at outcomes, how you got there, what you'd like different and create a plan to get you there.

From there we tailor make your experience to meet the unique needs of yourself and your team.
